Second Annual Food Drive and Ruck Walk a Success!
Updated: Apr 28
On Saturday, April 24, Integrated Fitness of Dover (IF) held its second annual Food Drive and Ruck Walk to support the Dover Food Pantry. With the help of the Integrated Fitness coaches and the community, they were able to collect over 140 lbs. of non-perishable food items! The over 140 lbs. of donated food were put into backpacks that IF coaches, athletes and friends carried during the two-mile walk from the IF Studio at 44 Dover Point Road, Dover to the Dover Food Pantry at 1 Silver Street. "We were excited that people came out to walk with us, even though we are still in a pandemic," said Candace Lord, co-owner of Integrated Fitness. "Although the numbers were a little lower this year, we still donated a lot of food to a great cause. We are looking forward to having this event again next year!”
