Dover, NH – June 4, 2020 – During this unusual time of mandatory business shutdowns and Stay at Home orders, Integrated Fitness of Dover (Integrated Fitness) has found a silver lining in the Covid-19 cloud. The company recently leased studio space across the hall from their Dover Point location. The new space (Unit I) brings much needed powerlifting floor space as well as allowing for social distancing during small group classes, due to Covid-19 restrictions.
“The new space became available at the perfect time,” said Candace Lord, co-owner of Integrated Fitness. “Since new coaches Royce and Ron brought their powerlifting teams with them, it was soon apparent that we needed more space.
Powerlifting isn’t the only offering on Integrated Fitness’ menu. They just launched their classes for the month, which include Happy Hour Bootcamp, Outdoor Bootcamp, Kettlebell, and more.
The new space has lockers to store personal items and they plan to install a shower within the next few months.
“We are happy to be back at the gym," comments Lord. "We had to get creative during this time of home confinement. People were stuck at home sitting all day and eating more than normal. They started reaching out to us for help. As a result, we decided to do live Facebook workout videos three times a week to keep our clients healthy and moving!”
Governor Sununu has kept the Stay at Home 2.0 order in effect until June 15; however, Integrated Fitness is open, with guidelines to follow. Their class schedule can be found on their website, integratedfitnessnh.com.
