Fuel and Fitness Event
If you’d like to see what’s new, join them on Saturday, September 7, for Fuel and Fitness.
Enjoy a 30-minute workout with their personal trainers. You’ll also be able to sample different smoothies and other goodies. This is a great way to meet the new owners, try out some of their workouts, learn new healthy snack ideas, and raise money for a charitable cause. There is no entrance fee; instead IF is asking for donations. All proceeds go to My Breast Cancer Support, a local charity helping families affected by breast cancer.
Future plans include additional classes, hiring new trainers, and subtle changes to the inside of the facility.
