On Saturday, September 19, two athletes from Integrated Fitness of Dover competed in the 2020 OCB Maine Event, held in Biddeford, Maine. The OCB (Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders) is the amateur affiliate of the IFPA (International Fitness & Physique Association).
“Paul came to me in April of 2018, with several attainable goals in mind,” said Coach Sara. “He wanted to lose weight and gain strength while improving overall health and nutrition. In less than 20 months, Paul accomplished many of his goals and hit several milestones. This past weekend, Paul participated in his third OCB Bodybuilding Show, which earned him a pro card in his division (Men’s classic physique, Masters 40+). I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to train Paul and support him throughout his journey."
“I started working with Heather over a year and a half ago, said Coach John Yobst, Founder and head coach of TEAM LEAN Physique Competition Team. “She hired me to coach her for upcoming bodybuilding competitions. Heather is one of the most pleasant athletes that I’ve had the chance to work with. Her drive and focus are next level! She works hard, follows directions, and never complains. She just flat out works and works and will not accept failure! I look forward to continuing to work with Heather in the future.”
OCB/IFPA are all-natural shows, which means they are drug tested. All competitors from bikini to bodybuilding are polygraph tested prior to the show. This keeps a fair playing field across the board. Category winners are further drug tested to verify the polygraph result.
