All of us at Integrated Fitness of Dover hope your new year is off to a great start! Many of you set goals and made resolutions at the beginning of the new year. Likewise, we are guessing that some of those resolutions revolve around getting healthy and losing weight. If you are one of those people, our owner Candace has something she wants to tell you!
