To Our Valued Clients,
With the growing concern regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Stay at Home order issued by Governor Sununu, Integrated Fitness will temporally be closing its doors for in-person classes and personal training. To comply with the Governor’s order, this temporary closing will be in effect from Friday, March 27 at 11:59 p.m. through May 4. We will be ready and eager to continue helping our clients in person as soon as it is safe to do so!
What does this mean for current clients?
If you had pre-paid classes – Your remaining classes will remain on your account to be used when we re-open our doors.
If you had pre-paid personal training sessions – Your training sessions will remain on your account to be used for either online training (connect with your trainer if this is something you would like to do), or they can be used when we re-open our doors.
If you have monthly payments – Your monthly payments will be put on pause until we are able to open our doors and resume training.
How will we stay active?
Physical activity is important for overall well-being, even more so at times like this where we are likely to be under additional stress. We will be rolling out online classes. Stay tuned for more on this soon!
Please also connect with your trainer if you are interested in continuing personal training online. Check with our Facebook page as well for at-home workout tips. With the weather getting nicer, going outside for hikes or walks, even if only for 10 minutes, can be beneficial.
Most importantly, stay healthy. Stay home unless you need to go out for necessities; wash your hands and remember self-care. We will miss all of you and look forward to being able to help you achieve your fitness goals at our studio again soon. Please reach out and let us know what you need and how we can best help you.
