Due to Covid-19 precautions, we have started an "On-Demand" video service. But, we are still offering a few in-person classes (masks required):

  • Muscle Conditioning with Kristi - Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30 p.m.

  • Strength Training with Coach Ron - Saturdays, 7:00-9:00 a.m.

  • Strength Training with Coach Royce - every other Monday, 6:00-7:30 p.m.
