55+ Stretch and Strength with Darcy
Our 55+ small group class is led by certified Senior Fitness Specialist Darcy Kent. Together you will work to improve balance, strength, and mobility.
Barre with Darcy
Barre workouts are a blend of strength and flexibility training, incorporating isometric holds and high repetition of small range-of-motion movements. Free weights, resistance bands, and the ballet bar are used throughout the class in an effort to work muscle groups to fatigue, followed by a series of stretches. Barre workouts are low-impact, which means they're effective and safe for almost everyone. Barre targets all the main muscle groups that women typically have difficulty strengthening—the core, upper body, thighs, and butt.
Cardio Kickboxing with Kristi
This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Kettle Bell Workout with Tyler
Join Tyler for a full-body functional fitness class using kettlebells. You will improve your strength and mobility and overall conditioning.
Lunchtime Bootcamp with Chloe
Join Chloe for 30 minutes, which includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, and core improvements. Every class is designed differently to challenge and enhance your experience. Chloe offers encouragement rather than intimidation; all levels are welcome. Fun, high-calorie burns, and improvements every week are guaranteed!
Muscle Conditioning with Kristi
This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance, and strengthen your body using kettle bells, body bars, and bands with lower weight and higher reps!
Outdoor Bootcamp with Darcy
Join Darcy on Friday morning for some fresh air and exercise with her Outdoor Bootcamp! This is a full-body workout, with only bodyweight exercises. No equipment needed! Class size is limited to allow space for participants to spread out. Register ahead of time to reserve your spot.
R. A. W. (Ropes, Abs, Weights) with Coach Sara
Join Coach Sara Claflin to get your workout in early and begin your day on the right foot! R. A. W. will incorporate cardio work to get your heart rate up, alongside core exercises and lots and lots of dumbbells movements. You will burn calories, and build strength! Coach will get you results in a very short time!
Each client will have their own station of equipment. Modifications for all levels will be given.
Sculpt & Strength with Chloe
Chloe will challenge you and help you push your limits with resistance training. She will help you sculpt your body and every muscle group will be worked on by the end of the week. Whether you are just starting out or you have been lifting your whole life, you will build a better body with Chloe!
Slim Down with Chloe
This is the perfect program with cardio and resistance training to make sure you get started on a fitness program that will help you look and feel your best! Get on track and stay on track with Chloe's Slim Down!
Strength Training with Coaches Ron and Royce
This is an ongoing program designed for anyone in pursuit of becoming stronger, healthy, better able to handle life’s challenges, or to get you ready for the competition platform. Strength training, practicing the primary barbell movements with an emphasis on conditioning movements. Anyone new to powerlifting can join and seasoned lifters will become a master of the barbell lifts.
Stretch and Flexibility with Darcy
A gentle full body stretch to help you improve your flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.
Team Claflin – Coach Sara and Coach Royce
Looking for variety in your fitness training? Sign up for Team Claflin! Join Coaches Royce and Sara (husband and wife team) two days a week!
On Tuesdays, attend Coach Sara for a circuit-style class that targets all muscle groups for a full body training. Improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and core while torching calories
On Thursdays, join Coach Royce for his kettle bell conditioning class. Improve your endurance, strength, and fitness abilities with these two complimentary classes! All levels welcome!
TRX with Coach Sara
Join Coach Sara for her TRX suspension training class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. TRX uses straps, gravity, and your body weight to increase your strength, balance, flexibility, cardio vascular conditioning, and core stability. It’s also a great option for anyone who wants to add cross-training into their workouts. All fitness levels welcome!
Yoga Fit with Candace
This class works on flexibility strength and balance. All levels are welcome as modifications will be shown!
Youth Fitness Programs
Move It! and Fitness Camp are movement-based programs, including games and other physical activities.
Youth Conditioning is an in-depth exercise program that is great for beginners, but also challenging enough for the most advanced athletes!
Youth Strength and Conditioning with Coach Royce
Do you have an athlete or child who wants to learn about strength training, gain agility and conditioning, improve speed, and enhance their overall confidence about health and fitness? In our Youth Strength and Conditioning class, we focus on the primary barbell movements with an emphasis on conditioning movements. Coach Royce will guide and transform all athletes to reach their goals. Join Coach Royce for a safe and supportive POSITIVE environment. ALL levels welcome and encouraged. Offered to youth ages 13 to 18.
